Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange based on available inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage from misuse will not be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale unless unopened and in original packaging.
