Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must include original packaging and tags
Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Items showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage from misuse will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale unless unopened and in original packaging.
